We’re thrilled to announce that we recently broke ground on this vital community hub, marking the exciting beginning of Phase 2 of our campaign! Thanks to the incredible support from donors like you, we have successfully raised the majority of the funds needed to construct the building. 

Now, we are turning our focus to the critical next phase: securing three years of operational costs to ensure the RAC launches successfully and continues to thrive.

With 1 in 3 residents in Southern Douglas County facing poverty, the RAC is more important than ever. It will be a safe, welcoming space where families can gather, children can engage in enriching programs, and essential services are accessible to all. This center will empower our youth and help foster a strong, vibrant community.

We’re still actively fundraising to fill a Phase I funding gap caused by inflation and every contribution, no matter the size, is crucial to our success.
